Well Selly's continuing her streak of awesomeness — to be fair we don't know that it's ever stopped — by meeting and dancing with Audrey Nethery, a 6-year-old fan who captured the nation's attention dancing on Rachael Ray in April!

Audrey, who suffers from the rare disease Diamond Blackfan Anemia — in which the girl's bone marrow does not make enough red blood cells that carry oxygen throughout her body — was lucky enough to meet up with Gomez on Wednesday after her Louisville, Kentucky concert! Not only did the ladies look like they had a blast dancing to Love You Like A Love Song, but Audrey's got some moves!
